Article 1 (Core Philosophy & Anti-Commercialism)

The ryopc Volunteer Group (hereinafter referred to as "the Group") is a non-profit, community-driven PC support initiative. We define user privacy as our "most sacred asset." We firmly state that we will never bow to commercial interests, and third-party advertisements or data monetization schemes are permanently barred from our ecosystem.

Article 2 (Data Collection & Data Minimization)

In absolute compliance with the "Data Minimization" principles mandated by the GDPR, the Group will never collect or process personal data beyond the strict baseline required to perform technical support operations.

• Collected Metadata: Name (pseudonyms/nicknames fully accepted), Email Address, device hardware specifications, error logs, and Operating System metrics.
• Data Retention Architecture: All user telemetry is securely maintained via encrypted communication databases hosted on our network environment (InfinityFree database layer). Case files are subject to automated physical erasure scheduling once support records are closed.

Article 3 (Transport Security & Canonical Routing)

To fully secure transit integrity and shield user interactions from malicious network interception, this system strictly enforces Global SSL Encryption (HTTPS). Any legacy incoming traffic hitting the unsecured "http://" layer or utilizing "www." host subdomains will be automatically and non-destructively rewritten to our secure canonical root domain scheme: https:// (non-www).

Article 4 (Strict Staff Code of Conduct & Enforcement)

Every volunteer engineer onboarding into the Group is bound by an explicit, mandatory agreement to honor this Privacy Policy. To ensure robust user security, we enforce a strict Zero-Tolerance policy:

• Actionable Infractions: Any privacy intrusion, unauthorized requests for user account passwords, aggressive conduct, or data utilization outside open support tickets.
• Reporting Gateways: A specialized "Staff Conduct Report" tracking module is natively embedded within our official site infrastructure.
• Disciplinary Resolution: Upon verification of any policy breach, the administration will execute immediate server level credentials deletion, resulting in permanent expulsion from the Group. High-severity breaches will trigger active evaluations for legal reporting channels.

Article 5 (GDPR Compliance & Sovereign Data Rights)

The Group voluntarily extends standard GDPR frameworks to all global users, guaranteeing sovereign data privacy protections regardless of geographical origin:

• Right to be Forgotten (Erasure): Users maintain a permanent right to command full, irreversible deletion of their account metadata and support interaction histories.
• Data Portability: Users may request copies of their system data in an open, machine-readable format.

Article 6 (Limited Liability & Hosting Attributes)

While the Group deploys maximum administrative security architectures, we explicitly state that due to the altruistic, pro-bono nature of this volunteer organization, we hold no liability for data corruption, server-side data losses stemming from base service limitations (InfinityFree network layers), or unexpected machine anomalies during active assistance. Users are required to back up all mission-critical data files prior to scheduling support sessions.
